MK Asset Management Continues to Grow Team with Four New Employees
Des Plaines, IL (September 25, 2020) – MK Asset Management, LLC continues to grow both its management and brokerage divisions during a global pandemic – adding four new employees between its Des Plaines and Lincolnshire offices.
Marco Federow joins the Des Plaines office Brokerage Division as an Associate where his main focus will be industrial properties. Marco graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. Marco comes from a Residential/Multifamily Broker background with four years of experience focused on infill City of Chicago locations.
Caroline Chimombe joins the Des Plaines office Accounting Department as the Jr Accounting Manager. Caroline graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2020 with a Master of Business Administration and is certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has over ten years of experience in accounting, business administration and human resources. Caroline will be assisting accounting across the commercial and residential portfolios.
Justin Schirmer joins MK’s Association Management Division with 8 years of experience in customer service. Justin graduated from Bradley University in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Justin will be based at the Lincolnshire office as a Property Manager.
Sandy Jamou has over 15 years of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry. Her attention to detail and problem solving attitude skills are what make her a considerable leader. Sandy graduated from Northeastern Illinois University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Sandy is joining the Association Management Division at the Lincolnshire office as a Property Manager.
