MK Asset Management continues to strive as a vertically integrated real estate investor by operating as a third party service provider for their clients. Recently the team earned three Third Party Management assignments in Atlanta, GA, Glenview, IL and Northbrook, IL. The Atlanta assignment of a two story office at 22,000SF sits off of Old Alabama Road. A Facilities Management Assignment for the Fertility Center of Illinois at 33,000SF and the Association Management Assignment with Ville Du Parc, 78-unit private homeowner and condominium association with tennis courts, clubhouse and pool, supports the MK strategy for development and management as both an operator and service provider to third party clients.
